Mia Vesper: For Everyone, For Everywhere

Something about Mia Vesper’s plisse collection reads both super luxe and super easy at the same time. Maybe it’s the metal thread that gives it high brow - or it could be the unexpected colors and patterns. But then there’s the fact that every piece can be balled up the size of a baseball and shoved in a suitcase without wrinkling. Is there anything better than looking put together without putting yourself out too much in the process? 

Mia’s mix and matchable skirt and pant sets give us eccentric and vaguely sporty sumptuousness - a difficult chord to strike when getting dressed in minutes. What makes the pieces even more exceptional is seeing them on fuller figure muses. The mechanical stretch in this corrugated plisse fabric is part of what makes it so flattering and seem so expensive - there is no spandex involved and it shows. Each piece flatters and floats on Alexis Henry like they were made specifically for her.

The Basket Ball Wives star discusses the evolution of her Three Beats diamond line, juggling her career with motherhood. Prodigy from Mobb Deep signs "Albert Einstein" EP at Jeffersons boutique

  On July 12, Prodigy of Mobb Deep held an in store signing for his new EP entitled Albert Einstein at Jefferson's urban street wear boutique in Bergenfield, NJ. The new EP, which is produced by The Alchemist, will officially be released on July 17. At the signing he also sold his new book, H.N.I.C, which will be released on the same date as the EP.
