New York City's own LaQuan smith has been quietly making waves in the fashion world for nearly the last decade. According to his story he was born in Queens, NY. Smith was denied entry to both FIT and Parsons in 1998 yet he went on to debut his first collection in 2003. During the pandemic he completly sold out.
