J. Cole Signs With China’s Nanjing Monkey Kings

Hip-hop icon J. Cole isn’t just dropping bars, he’s dropping dimes overseas. The rapper has signed with China’s Nanjing Monkey Kings , blending his love for music with a professional basketball pursuit. “I just want to challenge myself. Basketball has always been a part of my story.”  J. Cole Why It Matters This isn’t Cole’s first professional hoops venture. He’s previously played in the Basketball Africa League and Canada’s Elite Basketball League. Gucci Mane and Young Jeezy break the internet in Verzuz battle


Gucci Mane and Young Jeezy broke the internet last night during their Verzuz battle on instagram live raking in a wopping 1.8 million viewers. There DJ played and preformed some of their past and current hits. There was a moment where there seemed to be a slight bit of tension due to their past differences but it seemed to be overcome by maturity and growth.

 I think it's fair to say all of the fans truly enjoyed this battle. The people are seriously thanking Timbaland and Swizz Beatz for making this possible and creating the Verzuz platform. Verzuz TV has truly been making an impact on both music and media for 2020.

Prodigy from Mobb Deep signs "Albert Einstein" EP at Jeffersons boutique

  On July 12, Prodigy of Mobb Deep held an in store signing for his new EP entitled Albert Einstein at Jefferson's urban street wear boutique in Bergenfield, NJ. The new EP, which is produced by The Alchemist, will officially be released on July 17. At the signing he also sold his new book, H.N.I.C, which will be released on the same date as the EP.
