Mia Vesper SS 22 "See Me" Collection

New York designer Mia Vesper has debuted her Spring/Summer 22 "See Me" collection in a digital release for fashion week. According to Vesper, the inspiration behind this collection has been about about "finding your place in the world through dress" and "how extraordinary it is to have never fit the mold, and reflects on the pure joy in finding a kindred spirit". For this fabulous collection Vesper collaborated with models Posterboy and Briana Chlo who displayed her new collection effortlessly in style. The garments combine a vintage fabrics and modern look. Vespers designs can be seen sported by celebrities such as Young Thug and Beyonce, for whom she created a custom piece for "Black Is King."

The see me collection includes women’s and men's garments in created with vintage and artisan made materials from around the world. This collection includes hand loomed Mexican serape, vintage Italian wedding blankets, Turkish 1970s tapestry along with new material like her signature metallic flecked plissé. All garments are made in New York City’s garment center.

Her first ever jewelry collection debuts alongside her RTW collection, in the form of multilayered glass and Swarovski crystal chokers, handcrafted in Germany.

“There are many ways to interpret brand integrity and sustainability. I count my small batch, New York made operation as one proverbial tick mark, and I count my sometimes-use of vintage material as another...But at the end of the day, I believe the most incorruptible aspect of a fashion brand comes from the specialness and intentionality of the garments. I make clothes that are special to people.” —Mia Vesper
